More About FLTOY.jpg

Florida’s approach to the Teacher of the Year Program is more than the glitz, glamour and grandeur of the gala and the announcement of the state’s most celebrated educator. Our program engages our educators in a year of professional learning and active collaboration through the Florida Teacher Lead Network, connects them within an alumni network to further their skill set, and provides opportunities to work with educators at events like the Teacher of the Year Roundtable.

Each piece is an integral part of the Teacher of the Year Program and contributes to the goal of training this talented group of teachers to become teacher leaders and improve outcomes in classrooms beyond their own.

The Florida Teacher of the Year Program would not be possible without our sponsors.
